Prospects for India: 2013 should be better
No doubt that India will have to face governance challenges and even political clashes in 2013.But despite the global economy downturn the outlook for India is better. It's obvious that the country's growth suffers from a huge investment deficit regarding in particular it's infrastructures. This issue is crucial knowing that residential areas should rapidly increase and India's cities home 40% of the whole population by 2030.Modern roads and railways, reliable power stations are also essential in order to enable India's agriculture to remain one of the largest in the world. However poverty is on the decline even in the rural areas. The emergence of an important middle class in particular in the urban areas will lead to a stronger consumption and stimulate the economic growth.India figures today among the world largest manufacturing economy which percentage should raise from 16% to 25% by 2022.If the authorities are determined to achieve several reforms and especially ease the foreign direct investment in the country but also improve India's welfare system, then 2013 should be a good year.
